Malacca Trip
On 3rd June 2006, Saturday at 11.00a.m. me and my family are off to Malacca. On the way to Malacca we are stuck in the traffic jam near Nilai… We jam all the way to Seremban, gladly after that there is no more traffic jam… We reach Malacca about 2.30p.m. stupid traffic jam…Is been 10 years I’ve not been to Malacca..wow there is so much changes.. mostly of the street had been turn to one way street so we kinda get lost in the town… took us one hour turning here and there finally found Jonker Walk… We park our car opposite the Jetty… wow Jonker Walk is crowded with so many people… We walk all the way to a Baba Nyonya Restaurant…Although Nyonya food kinda a bit weird but hey is nice.. Soon we continue our journey to our resort "Shah’s Beach Resort"
After 30 minutes drive, we finally reach Shah’s Beach Resort… Is not really nice resort…just chalet style loo…nothing much there also =( At 6.30p.m. we left the resort and look for the famous Portugis Restaurant… ‘Thanks’ to my father, took us 1 and a half hours to reach that place… why is he so "degil" untill he dun ask people for direction… haizz.. finally we’ve reach the Portugis restaurant after a few circle around the town… Portugis food is actually very nice… although its kinda spicy… I luv spicy food hahaha… hmm i wonder i can try out all the food around the world??? One of my dreams hehe… after eating its 11.30p.m. lolz heading back to the resort… I took nap while in the car after i woke up i realise that we haven’t even reach the resort i was wondering why????? My father got lost again… gosh now i have to do the navigating again awww… so tiring… after 1 hour finally reach to the resort…
At 6.30a.m. my father phone alarm rang great i only manage to sleep 6 hours…aww =S While i was half asleep I heard loud noise from outside… very heavy wind and the wave of sound is louder than I’ve heard before… Great i screamt waking up my mom and dad… I was so scare that time looking outside the chalet… the heavy wind curls all the coconut tree there… i was wondering is it Tsunami??? My god I almost scare to death.. soon me and my father walk out to see whats happening… The wave is larger than before so we are a little worried now… lucky it starts to rain… phew its just heavy rain… No Tsunami hahaha….overexaggerating O.o
At 10a.m. we check out the resort and went to kota A’ famosa, nothing much have change there except there are 5 museum that we didn’t notice there 10 years ago… Well we went to St. Paul ruin church up the hill and met a great Portugese singer… wow… he has a great voice.. he sang ‘Is A Wonderful Life’, a portugese song and a hokkien song… while he know so many languages.. there are also one group of singapore students there…haha… I met some of them and they are great frenz.. they are nice… Soon we visit the five museum that we miss 10 years ago… Actually I already know that all in the history book of malaysia… But the five museum proof that some of the Malaysia history facts are wrong… example not the middle east people spread Islamic relegion in our country but actually is the Chinese-Muslim from China who spread Islamic relegion to our country… I wonder anyone can sue the ministry of education…hahaha
After spending 3 hours in this five museum, we are off to see Bukit Cina, Its a hill full of graveyard of lost soldiers… hmm lucky they going to preserve them and make it more attracting coming soon… then we off to Port Dickson to have our dinner… guess what??? we are stuck in traffic jam again sigh… We depart at 3.30p.m. and reach Port Dickson about 7p.m. after the long traffic jam… well that place is like Malacca too.. A lot of changes after 10 years.. Soon we ate a new restaurant near the seaside… we manage to see the sunset there.. wow is really beautiful, soooo romantic, i wish i could bring someone i love to there hahaha… maybe 5 years later la hahaha..
About 9.30p.m. we are on the way back to KL… gosh traffic jam again… can the government provide extra lane there??? according to my father there everyday also got traffic jam de all the way to Sungai Besi, we went out to Nilai and head for the exchange road at KLIA.. After KLIA I saw 10 airplanes in just 7minutes… wow whats wrong with everyone??? traveling like mad and coming back last minute for work on monday??? haha this is weird!!! After a long trip finally reach one utama, up the bridge its so jam i wonder whats happening so we went to TTDI way cut through to Mutiara Damansara… To Be Continued
